Recipes-
'Sea Bass in parchment'


Ingredients
1 large black Sea Bass
Olive oil to drizzle
Fresh garlic, 3 cloves chopped or crushed
1/4 cup Italian bread crumbs
1/2 stick melted butter
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon Oregano
Old Bay seasoning
Fresh cracked pepper and salt
Flat cookie sheet pan and parchment paper
Wipe and dry fish inside and out. Trim dorsal fin and pectoral side fins. Make criss-crossed slits along both sides of the fish. Place large sheet of parchment paper on cookie sheet. Rub fish on both sides with olive oil. Season generously with salt, pepper, oregano, and Old Bay, rubbing all over the fish. Sprinkle fresh garlic and bread crumbs over fish. Drizzle olive oil over fish and season with lemon juice. Bake in a 350 degree oven for approximately 25 minutes, until fish flakes easily. Serve with rice and black beans, with a salad and good cold beer.
